Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number by email once it ships.
Delivery times
Australia: usually 7-14 business days after dispatch. United States: usually 8-15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and delays can occasionally happen with carriers or customs.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on all orders of $100 AUD or more.
Some products include free tracked shipping no matter the order total. This is shown on the product page and at checkout.
United States: standard tracked shipping is $9.95 AUD (shown in US dollars at checkout), and free on orders of
For orders under $10000 AUD or more. Any US import duties or taxes, if they apply, are shown at checkout or charged by the carrier.
For orders under $100, shipping is based on the total weight of your order:
- Up to 0.5 kg (small gadgets and accessories): $6.95
- 0.5 kg to 2 kg: $9.95
- Over 2 kg (larger or bulky items): $14.95
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Multiple packages
Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days or your item arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page and we will send a replacement or a refund.
