30-day returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Message us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with photos and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Unless the item was faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
